Secretary General
Laurent Borzillo is a postdoctoral researcher at the École Nationale d’Administration Publique. A member of the editorial board of Le Rubicon, he is also a visiting scholar at the CCEAE at the University of Montreal and a member of the Réseau d’Analyse Stratégique. He specializes in the foreign and defence policies of France, Germany, and Canada.

Deputy Secretary General
Teodora is an international programme manager at Campus France, an agency under the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. Her work supports the objectives of French science diplomacy. With a strong commitment to European university cooperation, she has also carried out several assignments for organisations promoting the Francophonie.

Clémence Souesme
Head of Communications
Clémence Souesme is a second-year Master of Arts student in Conflict Studies at Saint Paul University in Ottawa. She is particularly interested in crisis management and international security. She gained experience in crisis communication during an internship with the Franco-American Fulbright Commission in France and is currently involved with the FDS, where she contributes her skills in strategic communication.

Côme Lécossais
Head of the France–Canada–Germany Trilateral Seminar
Côme Lécossais is a second-year Master of Arts student in Conflict Studies at Saint Paul University in Ottawa. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Strategy of European Enterprises from the Centre Européen Universitaire and aspires to become a diplomat. His experience at the Institute for IRSEM strengthened his interest in bilateral and multilateral relations, particularly in their strategic and security dimensions.

Head of the Bellona Podcast
Léa Pérémarty holds a Master’s degree in International Law and International Politics from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Actively involved in strategic research, she has published articles on emerging warfare technologies and the transatlantic security architecture. Her experience at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces further strengthened her interest in defence and international security issues.
