A Strategic Exchange Program between France, Canada, and Other Members of the Transatlantic Community!

The Personnalités d’Avenir France-Canada Program brings together young leaders from France, Canada, and other countries to analyze current challenges to transatlantic security. The 2025 edition includes visits to military sites, discussions with experts at the Paris Defence and Strategy Forum, and meetings with former Prime Ministers. In Canada, roundtables at the French Embassy and exchanges with military officials will provide an opportunity to explore prospects for cooperation in an uncertain international context. In doing so, this program offers a platform for dialogue to understand and anticipate tomorrow's strategic challenges. Publications will also be produced at the end of the visits to enrich debates and reflections!

This program would not be possible without the support of our partners. A big thank you to them!
